In retrospect, staying in business these past 90 years has been a pretty major undertaking. We have had to learn to be flexible, willing to admit our mistakes, and to have specific short- and long-term goals that we strive to accomplish.

Fortunately for us, we are blessed with a great team of employees. We have very little turn-over and the work ethic of our community of employees is second-to-none. We are also blessed with being located in New Iberia, Louisiana, one of the greatest small cities in the U.S.A. The people, climate, and local government all integrate into a thriving business environment.

But most of all, we are blessed with continued consumer support. If we didn't have that, there would not be a Conrad Rice Mill. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
