We guarantee everything. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 15 days for a complete refund. Unless the return is due to an error made by KONRIKO, we cannot refund shipping charges. We will not accept returns on any items that have been opened or where the tamper evident seal has been broken (food products).
Prior to returning product, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a returned merchandise authorization (RMA) and simply pack your items in the same package it was shipped in. You are responsible for shipping cost on products returned where the Return was not due to a shipping error and you are asking for a refund and are not satisfied.
We take extra precaution in packing your order to ensure it arrives undamaged. In the event you have receive a damaged product, please notify UPS immediately. (Please contact us at email@example.com within 5 business days after receiving your package). Please retain all packaging material for our freight carrier’s collection. Let us know which item was damaged and we will ship you an identical replacement to you at no charge.
